Do you have an outstanding payment and are unable to pay an invoice on time? You may be able to request a payment plan.
With a payment plan, you can pay the outstanding amount in instalments. This helps prevent the payment arrears from increasing further, and together we work towards a suitable solution.
When can you request a payment plan?
You can request a payment plan as soon as there is a payment arrear. This also applies if you only have one older invoice outstanding.
Important to know
- A payment plan is intended for settling outstanding invoices.
- New invoices remain payable during the term of the payment plan.
- To prevent further arrears, it is important that both the instalments of the payment plan and the new invoices are paid on time.
- Each request is assessed individually.
