Once a year, no later than 6 weeks after the end of the calendar year, you will receive the annual statement from us. (With the exception of residents in Résidence Koningshaven in Apeldoorn. They receive the annual statement within 6 weeks after 1 May).
The annual statement shows the costs based on the actual consumption of the past year, with the already paid advances deducted.
The meter records how much heat and/or hot tap water has been used in the home. Based on this, the actual bill is calculated.
If it turns out that you have paid more than you actually consumed, you will receive this difference back. If it turns out that you have consumed more than you have paid, you will need to pay the difference. This settlement takes place within 6 weeks after receiving the annual statement.
The annual afstatement also always includes a new advance amount calculated for the coming year based on previous consumption and the annual indexation.
