Via the Customer Portal you can register yourself online as a new resident. This is called moving in.
You can also deregister yourself as a current resident when you are moving out, which terminates the supply agreement. This is called moving out.
The attachment contains an explanation of how moving in/moving out works exactly.
It is important that the correct start date and end date are known; this is the day a rental agreement starts or the purchase agreement of the property is signed/terminated.
Moving in
After moving in, we check this information. For new build properties (first resident), we can process the registration promptly. If you are moving into an existing property, we can process the moving in after the current resident has moved out, the day after the indicated move-in date. We check the information and activate your account. You will then receive the confirmation with your customer number. With this customer number, you can activate your customer portal.
Moving out
After submitting your move via the customer portal, you will receive a confirmation. We process the moving out within 8 working days after the end date.
